Bingo. I felt that was a strong point that needed to be made. It's nice to feel that the dev actually cares about their product without being strung along for months at a time. Take the Grimoire for example. While I'm not a fan of the fact that these are not in the game, I do like the way that they changed the interface. I posted a critique pointing out that they were not very smooth to load and somewhat annoying to sift through as a result. Now, the whole row loads and you can quickly read the back of all of the cards in a set without waiting through a loading time each time you are done reading the card. Bungie is clearly putting forth effort, which is more than I can say for some developers.
