I have NAT 2 and mine works perfectly (wireless router/modem combo). I've heard of this issue though. Hopefully it gets fixed soon

Even surprisinger (worded) if that's what you mean since type 2 is also the "strict" nat type and you're the least likely to be able to game online.

Edited by Orphan_Babies: 10/3/2014 4:35:12 AMHoly crap, my apologies, I completely read your post wrong. I totally skipped parts that said "same network".... ...awkward... Ok, so yes I have had problems connecting on the same network as another person My friend has a modem that leads into a wireless router. Plugged into the modem it is a NAT 1. Anything connected to the router is NAT 2 (or above) we noticed that when we played Destiny, he would be NAT 1 and i would be NAT 3. And it would switch when we swapped wires/connections. I've learned the basics that NAT 1 is an uninterrupted open connection, when you add additional components it increases the NAT for sequential parties. By myself, with my own modem/wireless router equipment I am a NAT 2 and had no problems, I think it's NAT 2 no matter what because it's a combo. I'd hate to attempt having someone join MY network and play. Still hope they can fix it for your situation
