I own both, the chest didn't seem to further reduce the cool down in my solar grenades while in radiance.

My grenade come back instantly when I am in radiance :)

Fair enough depends on your discipline I guess, I haven't tried it yet but I just thought the cool down reduction would be more effective overall. I mean how often do you use solar grenades? Everyone to heir own though if you prefer the subsinger gauntlets than do that completely up to you man
