lol I like how you're assuming the forums are the majority of players, B.net is full of the immature trolls and crybabies, the rest of the playerbase is playing the game. It's hilarious how everyone acts like other games aren't allowed to do well in order for one to survive.
-
The game has no content. It will not keep it's playerbase. Most people on Xbone bought it because it was from Bungie, the same people who made Halo. This game was their Halo fix that drastically under delivered. When the MCC comes out with it's Halo 5 multiplayer beta as well as the original Halo multiplayer setup for each game, most will jump ship.
-
Please present me with proof that most (most being over 75%) will just up and leave Destiny forever when the MCC drops. The plot twist is you can't, because that doesn't happen to games, unless its the sequel to said game. 0/10 weak troll.
-
Not trolling. Counter argument: I want you to present me with proof that most won't up and leave.
-
Okay. Every game that comes out with multiplayer. When a new game releases, does the population of the game die forever? No. Destiny isn't going anywhere, because the ones who enjoy the game are playing it, and the people who think they're owed something are crying on here.

Edited by BE3RZERKER: 10/4/2014 10:35:44 PMExcept that the only thing left in Destiny is the multiplayer, which plays like halo. When Halo comes out, those people will switch to Halo. I got destiny for free with my Xbox one with 12 months of Live. It's also tax deductible, so if anything, I technically got paid to play the game. That doesn't excuse it for being a massive disappointment. Until MCC comes out, the Xbox will sit there gathering dust while I play my PC games that actually have content. Believe it or not, many PC games you pay full price for don't require you to have Stockholm's syndrome to enjoy them.
-
That's fine and dandy that you don't enjoy the game, plenty of other people do. I remember a time back during Halo 3 when plenty of people would come on the forums and talk about how the new CoD was going to kill Halo, yet now we see Halo still going, and CoD dying.

Wtf is mcc i have no idea???????
-
Halo: Master Chief Collection for Xbox One. I doubt one collection of old games on a console that holds a minority of players will kill anything..
-
so you obviously do not own an Xbox eh?
-
I own a 360, and I love Halo. But, I have no interest in buying games I already own and have played to death. Maybe 5 will persuade me to buy a XBO though.
-
While I agree (I still have my 360 and original xbox if I feel nostalgic), a good portion of the xbox community will probably buy it and play it.
-
I think you underestimate the pull of the Halo 5 multiplayer beta.
-
Oh lol
