Help! Destiny Connection Problem Galore!

So I don't have the best internet (not good actually), but during the Beta I could connect perfectly fine. When I bought the full game for Xbox One, I had a harder time connecting to other people, but I still could connect to my friends and enjoy some merry times. Unfortunately, I went over my usage limit for my internet on September 15th, and was thus throttled down to a speed where I couldn't even log in (Rural Canadian problems). I knew that my internet was going to reset on October 1st, so I waited till then to test it out again. So I tried to load Destiny, and I kept getting the Cattle error code (Lost connection to Partner Services!) with a side helping of "Destiny servers are not available" (no error code). What caused these errors to occur i beyond me, as it worked prior to September 15th perfectly fine. So, I went to Bungie's website and searched the error code "Cattle" and then went through the tedious task of port forwarding. I added the Xbox specific ports to my router so my Xbox One could give itself a NAT type of Open, as well as changing the IP to a higher value so it went outside of my routers probable DHCP setting. And after all of the tinkering and testing, my NAT type still came out as Moderate (it was this way all year). I haven't changed my ISP, and neither have I changed my Network gear either. I have tried pretty much everything from Portforward.com relating to my Xbox One, and yet I still get the Cattle error codes and such. If anyone else had this problem, or tips to solve this, all info would be much appreciated. Cause as of right now, I cannot play Destiny at all. tl;dr version: My internet sucks, but I can't connect to Destiny servers to be able to play it.

  • Progress Update 2.0: I managed to perform some sorcery and got my NAT type to become Open! I think I finally got my Router to open a port of 3074, so I believe that made it happen. Though for some reason I still get the Cattle error code and cannot play Destiny. I guess that this wasn't the Magic Bullet that I was hoping for.

  • Just an update, but my Xbox couldn't connect to Xbox Live, so I adjusted the Primary DNS Server to one that my computer (that could use the internet) was using and I connected back to Xbox Live. Unfortunately, I still get the Cattle error code, though I didn't see any "Destiny servers are not available" which I am taking as a sign of progress. But the main problem still persists.
