i think he needs to learn what vanguard and crucible marks are. You could easily have over 200 even if youve only been playing for 2 weeks. 195 marks = 3 pieces of gear that are legendary. easily over level 25. Now lets throw in crucible marks also. BOOM. Buy a helmet with 120 marks. BOOM. Level 26+ just buy wearing those. Level them up, easily 28. Not hard to get over level 25 if you think. hahaha.
