I've tried logging in and out, restarting my PS4 multiple times and also reinstalling the game. Still no joy. Reading around the forums and also checking some YouTube clips. The error appears to be as a result of leaked up and coming expansion packs. The reason I'm getting 'requirements not permitted' is because it hasn't been officially released. However I still have no access to my game and getting ever more frustrated that Bungie has not said anything about this issue and when accounts will be active again.
