Add full scale PVE invasion events. For example: the the Fallen launch an invasion of the moon. Prior to the invasion all players will be informed they have 2-3 mins to get to the moon to fight, no matter where they are. As more players converge on the moon the enemies become stronger, where if enough players show they could spawn a rare mega boss.
