hell no, then only 1 guy would buy it and everyone else would play it for free. Business wise its a very stupid thing to do.

Actually i was thinking only about Raids, because this is the only mode which doesn't have matchmaking. All the rest would be for the one who bought DLC. The same is with for example new tracks in Gran Turismo 6. New Cars, and single player practice session are for people who bought DLC but you can join online session on this track and you won't be kicked back to main menu.

I think they can allow players to join missions, strikes, or raids (or at least only missions), but for example, new weapons and equipment will be available only to person who bought DLC.
