Bungie royally -blam!-ed up by allowing players to purchase this weapon via Xur the exotic vendor. It is clearly the best weapon in the game and is now the ONLY weapon being used in PvP. I had enough coins to buy it but didn't simply because I felt cheap being able to use it in PvP like everyone else. It wouldn't even be fun using it. Now seeing everyone else using it just makes this game even less fun in PvP. I really hope bungie nerfs the shit out of this gun as a slap in the face to all the noobs who suck and had to actually buy this weapon to go positive. Cheap ass bitches.

I don't want it. It looks and sounds awful.
-
It is still a matter of skill, but all else equal that gun is in the hands of way to many players. Oh well, just get one of my own then all will be well.
-
I still get top 1-3 without it while others have it. It's still a matter of skill
-
Xur is bungies way if battling the atrocious RNG. By earning strange coins and allowing things to be purchased is fine. They saved the strange coins they earned. Don't be upset because you chose not to get it, and got whipped a few matches
-
So your thought process was to not purchase the Suros because everyone else would... Then proceeded to play PvP knowing a good number of players had done what you didn't... I hate to break it to you but you brought a knife to a gunfight. I understand where you're coming from but with the thought process above, you kind of asked for it by not attempting to level the playing field. Alls fair y'know... Also as one poster already stated, "It's not the arrow, it's the Indian (Native American to be PC)."
-
A wise man once said, "It's not the arrow, it's the Indian" Take to heart my friend.
-
Y'all will whine about any and everything.... It's not like it was sold for glimmer... I'll give Kleenex a call for you.
-
I got mine after a game in the crucible its a good weapon when used right just like every weapon in the game and the people asking for nerfs are the people that play crucible and get wrecked and then complain.
-
Beat the raid, get preadyths revenge, use it like the bad MF it is. I'll admit I use the regime because it is a great gun to backpedal with when you get surprised by a shotgun, but I use the revenge much more. I can't tell you how many regime users I -blam!- with the strangers rifle on my alt account though... It's not op
-
Shadow Price is better imo.
-
Your tears fill my mag. Keep crying
-
I find this isn't true. Not just for this game but other fps I've played. It's really about how you play and your skills. Not the gun. I have the suros and I'm still pretty horrible at crucible lol. Because I barely play it so I'm not that Good. If you keep playing it I'm sure it'll get better. You'll learn where to go and how to approach. Etc etc.
-
So angry. Just play the game and stop complaining
-
the suros isnt the best weapon ...its a great ar but its not the best and it isnt op ... at all.
-
How does it make you a noob?
-
The Salt is strong in this one.
-
suros is garbage compared to the vex mythoclast, wich is infact the real most OP weapon in the game, except for this one you actually need to have above average skill to obtain. just because you cant compete now that everyone and their mother has that gun doesnt mean its because of that gun, maybe because you just dont know how to beat it.
-
Bungie is the best :-)
-
DPS for SUROS Regime in Crucible is trash. A Doctor Nope or even my Silvered Hushwind-D will out damage SUROS Regime in Crucible. When I use hand cannons I can even out damage people. I bought the gun for PvE. I use it in Vault of Glass and it is amazing
-
It's so good I've named my penis The Regime!

The loot is based on luck like most games so please stop whining.

My KDR in Crucible was awful before I got the Suros Regime and only marginally better with it. It's not the weapon, it's the player. The only difference is now at least I have a minuscule chance at completing my exotic bounty.

So much misinformation. Yes, Vex is better. But there are like 1000000x more people using Regime than Vex so Vex isn't a problem (yet). If I went up against a skilled player using Vex, I would just find a new server after 2-3 servings. Can't do that with Regime because everyone has one. Shengens are not better than Regime. The perk about bonus dmg and slower fire rate with ADS does NOT make the gun worse. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a moron who probably sprays and prays with a shengen and reloads after every kill. I kill 3-4 people with regime before reloading. In general, I'm looking forward to weapon balances. ARs are OP right now and pretty much make every other primary weapon choice a non-choice. Again, anyone who thinks they are some exception with their hand cannon or scout rifle is just ignorant and silly. The important disclaimer: All other things being equal (player skill, equipment, upgrades, subclass levels, etc) - the Regime is pretty OP. If you don't have one, you are at a disadvantage. They should just have a PvP mode with no supers and no gear (everyone has same weapon choices). The game might actually be fun and competitive in PvP.
-
Why didnt you buy if you knew it was good, and you couldnt have seen enough players with it in PvP during Xur's visit. The conclusion is that you are mad because you didnt get the weapon when you could.
-
You must be one of those shotgun noobs which is why you didn't purchase it. Honestly, Suros Regime is a great gun at a distance. Up close not so much. Any skilled player with a different auto riffle can easily outgun suros in a close combat fight because the reduced firing speed. There are so many things that make PvP less fun. Shotguns for instance. No skill... Walk into a room get a few feet from them pull the trigger. Quit being a lil baby and play the game how you want to play it. If you want Suros Regime should of bought it, don't try to play the good guy and say its for noobs because your the noob for not realizing how great of a gun it is.

I can actually still beat a suros in one on one straight up with my shingen or my galahad e. So it's not that bad. Though it is annoying because it's harder to beat. I used my coins to buy the Hunter helmet. It has some useful perks.
