I redeemed all the codes but I never got the stuff from the special order chick, what's up with that?

If u entered after beta and before launch there is another window through the website. When u enter a code it takes u to a confirmation screen. This happened to me.

I entered them recently and I even logged out, turned off my Xbox, etc. The ENTIRE day I never received anything :/
