Make new characters, try new play styles with different gear and perks and weapons which will take time to upgrade, play as your fully leveled character in the crucible and get really good, there are still things to do.

I have a 1.6 KD in Cruicible i wreck everyone even shotgun users who ruin the PvP for me because i actually can aim an AR / Sniper i max Crucible out I'm Rep 4 it's getting useless/Repetitive and now I worked hard to be Level 28 for people to get legendary gear cuz they're impatient

People feel motivated to play Call of Duty multiplayer over and over without any concept of a loot system, but since there is a loot system in Destiny now the PVP is only worth it if you're leveling up and getting better loot and I just don't understand it.

Call of Duty had prestiges which people loved trying to achieve. Stats were also more readily available + A leaderboard. Gun upgrades & Perks combined with Killstreaks to be the best make CoD (well previous ones) one of the most entertaining multiplayer games
