one of my friends is lv.11 for cryptarch and he sells just green and white regardless, i think you get a better loot chance from him as it goes up though

I'm lvl. 11 as well and that's why I was Interested. I see it as a bit of a waste to [u]not[/u] sell better than green. It'd be another place to sink your glimmer into!
