We are aware there are some players that are not having a quality experience getting or staying connected to Destiny, even after following the troubleshooting steps. We will be updating the CATTLE/CATERPILLAR, CENTIPEDE, BEE/FLY/LION and BEAVER/FLATWORM/LEOPARD help articles with updates as we investigate.   • It is 04/11/14 in Melbourne, Australia and I haven't been able to sign on to Destiny on my PS4 since 29/10/14 and I keep getting this message [b]EVERY[/b] time I try: "You have lost connection with the Destiny Servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." What is really happening! And how long is going to take to fix?! Oh, yes I forgot, there is also message underneath the first one: "For more information, visit help.bungie.net." I have been visiting help.bungie.net for [b]DAYS[/b] and gotten [b]NOWHERE!![/b] I have contacted PlayStation Support, Australia and although they have tried to help, the problem is [b] obviously[/b] with Bungie, yet they will [b]NOT[/b] let you contact support directly. I haven't had a single reply to [b]ANY[/b] of my [b]MANY[/b] posts! Is Bungie just going to ignore the fact that I have not been able to log on now for almost a [b]WEEK![/b] The very [b]least[/b] Bungie could is [b]reply![/b] [b]gwydion237[/b]

  • I waited all day to get home to play destiny and I come home to bees and jackrabbits!!!! Yes all my nat and network is open and ports are forwarded and all that lovely stuff. Spent four years in college for IT so nothing wrong on my end. Why can't we just have a good experience with this game???? If it helps I was on Xbox one and got BEE and JACKRABIT. Please fix this.

  • -blam!-ing rediculous, lol, I've only recently been getting kicked over and over and over again, and this problem as been going on for this long with others? I'm seriously about to give up on this game, the audacity for them to say its my connection too, just adds insult to injury

  • Quality experience? Really? Define "quality experience". Does that mean getting to play for more that 19 seconds? Does that mean (for a lot of us) even begin able to log in?
