When you result to baseless accusations that's when you know you have lost the argument, but I'll humor you. I played center and won the state championship with the Central knights. I played with and against several players who now play for UND, such as Luke Johnson, Keaton Thompson, and Gage Ausmus. Don't know why you brought that up anyways, as you don't have to play a sport to be a fan.
Funny you brought up the Hawks not winning the cup last year, but could you tell me who won the year before? How about the team that won 2 years before that?
Funny, I was trying to remember the last time the Wild won the cup. For some reason I just can't recall that ever happening, do you know why that is?
Keep digging, the Wild are decent now, but until they win anything of significance it means nothing.
Again a bunch of poor to mediocre sports franchises in Minnesota. Pretty sad your most relevant sports team is your women's professional basketball team.

And for you to act like somehow Chicago winning the cup a couple times while you have been a "fan" makes you better then me because the Wild have not really shows you are trying to compensate for something you are missing in your life. Well I hope you find what you are missing in your life. Basing the type of person you are against another based on their hockey interest is pretty sad. Like I've said a few times already and which seems you are having a very difficult time comprehending I am a sports fan, hockey is my favorite I don't just cheer for who is winning that year I'll watch any game that is on tv. You pretending that somehow MN sports situation impacts my life shows your ignorance. The fact you make a joke about women's basketball shows you have no respect for women and again shows your ignorance. I hope you feel good about yourself. As for playing been in goal (still play) since I was four. Most of those I've played with are no longer in the league (35yrs old). Played varsity at one of the top hockey high-school in the country and two years of Junior A. Yeah I've got my time in, I don't need to defend who I cheer for and I don't need to talk about Chicagos murder rate to put you down, you've done that enough yourself.

I'm not from Chicago, so why the hell would I care? I'm saying ouch, must suck to be from Minnesota, where you only have GARBAGE sports teams to cheer for.

Hmm well it doesn't hurt at all we have every major sports team, multiple D1 Hockey teams, D1 Football, D3 football and hockey, decent high-school football top notch High-school hockey and Junior A hockey, over 10,000 lakes to fish in, and tons a top rated golf courses now if you are a sports fan like me Minnesota is a great place to live. Thanks for your concern....so where are you from that has more diverse sporting scene?
