Does anyone else thing that crucible loot after game is broken or do I just don't understand it. I come 1st and or 2nd on almost all my games. But still I get not legend engram when I see the last place player receive one. I think better gear should go to the first place player not last place player. Please help explain.

The problem I have with the loot is it will reward you with item you already, a lot of times with the shaders, with that said am I the only one who thinks that there should be more shaders to buy not earn because I'm not a fan of any of the FOUR shaders they have to buy

It's completely random, I'm always top three out of the entire group

Simple reason, the person in last place desperately needs it more then you.

I love crucible. Top 3 most of the time. Seeing everyone else getting good shit. Mostly people who suck/slacked off/ate shit/negative k/d, get exotic. I got legendary boots, and bought all my other legendary armor and exotic helmet. Just don't like seeing people who do terrible getting legendary/rare things, and I usually end up with nothing, is poop. I finally got an exotic bounty, and I need ten rare/legendary/exotic fusion rifles... and then I have to dismantle them. Almost two days, and I haven't got one, and haven't seen any for sale at the tower either. I think fusion rifles are OP, and I refuse to use them in crucible. They're definitely spray and pray.

I've seen people literally run around in circles with their guns sticking up in the air (rubber bands around the analogs) these people can just go off somewhere eat watch a movie whatever while their crucible char is running in circles and getting good gear for nothing. The only reason why I know the rubber band trick and what it looks like is Cuz that's what I used back in the fable games to get huge amounts of gold to save the kingdom and people or buy everything.

Well if you sit for to long or don't move at all you get booted. I've had it happened once(not on purpose though)

I agree but also agree with the fact that "weaker" people wouldn't get anything and that wouldn't help them to get better. (even if its not an iron banner pvp yet). But the best of the match should always (like 100%! of the time) ) get something.

Yes make an incentive to do better then the rest not to just do poorly to get better gear.

True. I can't say I am to high in rank about 1.5. Just to much school work to play all the time. But that would be fine. The only problem is that if u are in a clan like dead orbit and wear a class rep band or something it would go to that rank not crucible rank.

I somewhat agree. Had a rough patch of PvP recently and placed last in several games, then got a Legendary Engram; that gave a rare. Though it just made me feel worse because I know I didn't earn it with my performance. Though as @Abus3menT Park pointed out it may be to promote fun. You give that shiny to a last place finisher as a token of "buck up, it's not all bad. try harder". But it does seem like this occurs way too often. Maybe reduce it to happening once every few hours.

But then you would get every single reward and the players that struggle would get nothing. You should know by now that the best loot is in pve. In particular the raid and weekly nightfall. Armed with that information, if you choose to sit in pvp playlists expecting 'leet' gear after every match then you may want to check your expectations somewhat

I've played a fair amount of crucible, and seen people get exotic sniper, lmg, auto rifle, RPG. I've seen people get a lot of legendary armor and weapons. I don't get a whole lot in crucible but when I do, I feeeeeeeeeeeeeel really lucky :l I also bought all my shit, because it has auto rifle and shotgun bonuses, so the legendary boots I randomly got didn't matter for too long. I feel proud to have bought all my armor on my own, I just have to do a shitload of patrol or something to get that metal crap, helium, and the bloom things to upgrade it all. I don't have an exotic or legendary weapon yet @_@

No I do not expect that at all. I just thing that first place should have a higher chance to get it. Then last place.

PvP should be more focused on being competitive. Not participation. Even people who join the match right before it ends have a chance of getting an exotic item, while everyone could get nothing. There needs to be something to make people want win. Glimmer or something. Maybe they could do a glimmer cap for crucible as well. The system now, is just -blam!-ed up.

That is raids not pvp. Raids u just have to finish. In pvp to win the game goes by score. So the high people should want to do good. U do not want people to take a dive to just try and get that best gear chance. U should have to try and do the best to get the best chance In pvp.
