There is grounds for a law suite here about the playable terrain. Or it's no wonder staten quit who would want to be a part of one of the biggest lies in gaming history?

They said the same thing for Halo 3, but there was invisible walls blocking you there also. In H3, if you could manage to get passed them, you could climb that mountain over there. The same can be done in Destiny. Its just harder. I don't remember people wanting to sue for the invisible walls in Halo 3 though.
