chest piece? i went to the queen vendor all that is on my end is 2 legendary colors a cloak and 3 guns.. where did you get a chest piece from the mission? i got 5 of the things to do the mission

Do the bounties, you get tickets for level 24 missions with 3 skulls. Completing the missions gets you legendary gear.
