Although I like this idea (I'm all up for it), there's one problem. What would happen to all the other shaders already made by Bungie? Bungie's shaders would be thrown out of the gate almost instantly so players can make their own. I got a suggestion for a suggestion. Perhaps custom shaders can be locked at a spceific rarity (maybe uncommon or rare). This will give the player a fair balance of either having a low valued, but custom shader, or to move on and find a legandary/rare shader which isn't to your exact desires. It counterbalances each other, and I believe that it's what this system needs in order to be implemented without favoring one side.
