Lootcave Trolls (and apparently suicide...)
Just so you know, I WILL report players if they stay inside the cave and dance. They are preventing others from playing how they would like, and generally being douchebags. Please just let other do the lootcave if that's what they want to do. It doesn't affect you in any way.
Edit: what the -blam!- is with you guys telling people to go kill themselves. Suicide, especially caused by cyber-bullying is a serious problem, and you guys are treating it like a joke. It's not some game where the person respawn a after OD'ing. They die. And they had families and friends and a life. Grow a heart or get the [u]-blam!-[/u] off my post
So parts of this turned into telling people to commit suicide, and now that's the only thing. Something is wrong with you guys. To those that stood up against them; Thank you.

I love how a simple forum post an somehow get real very fast when people start talking about suicide and cyber bullying. What is also amazing are some of the ridiculous responses from people blaming the victim. On a forum like this you are pretty much anonymous and things that are said generally won't effect your real life, so ignoring the bullying is an option. The cyber bullying that is an issue, causing teenage suicide at its worst, is the stuff posted on Facebook/Twitter, etc. Pictures/posts to social media are not so easy to ignore. By the time you go to school the next day everyone is talking about the comment/picture and continue to harass the person bullied. Image is everything to most teenagers, they have a fragile psyche and are sometimes unable to handle it when their image suffers such a blow. So, what about you people blaming the victims stop being jerks about this serious issue.

Other games in the past have handed out suspensions / bans for exploiting the game. Two welcome to MMO's trolling is part of the game. I hate trolling for one, and would be caught dead dancing on destiny, but it is what it is. Three what you are saying is you want to report players for playing the game right, and get them in trouble, because you want to cheat and exploit the game. BRILLIANT!!! EDIT - Addition to point three - That is real ballsy. EDIT - Change to point three. MongrelShadow14 brought up a good point stating both parties are exploiters. Both the exploiter and troll. This is indeed the case. However there are people who try to play the game right in this area and both parties are preventing that experience. According to the ToS as MongrelShadow14 stated this is a violation.

16 RepliesWhile I agree with you about idiot cave trolls (personally I don't farm those caves) the "cyber bullying" thing is just dumb. As in people complaining about bullying. If you keep getting bullied its your own fault. Learn to stand up for yourself that's what I say.

If you have a Sunsinger or a friend who is one, use the Solar Wind skill. It does a knockback. Usually you cannot affect other players not in your fireteam in any way except killing yourself with a rocket if you shoot them close range. Solar Wind lets you do the knockback on players. Wait til they go AFK, and then knock them out and over the ledge behind where you stand. Its amazing to get spammed with hateful messages when they realize you killed them. Report them for abusive language/harassment within PSN/XBL and they are more likely to get a suspension of service.

2 Repliesjust report them. its already been stated by a mod in another post that its a reportable offence for people messing with us while we are killing mobs there. and ive seen a few topics on other forums about people being ban for "disruption of gameplay" for sitting/dancing/standing in the cave "trolling" players who are trying to enjoy the game. so just report and move on.

My buddy and I have taken the time to force push campers in the cave to the other end of the zone and off the cliff on three separate occasions. Two of which we weren't even farming, just stumbled on some farmers having a tough time with an inactive user and figured we would lend a hand before continuing our mission. Needless to say those who were waiting for the guys to get booted for inactivity were dancing and going back to the way they wanted to play the game.
