So bored of hunters getting butt hurt. The super isn't OP. But of the supers I've used in PvP (which include all of the warlock and hunter ones) arcblade requires the least skill to reliably get the most kills... Yes, it can be stopped.
If it couldn't that would be dumb. But warlocks can miss bombs very easily and titans strike just never feels that threatening to me on the whole. I feel like you are using occasional, potential scenarios and ignoring the general use and how it reacts in normal combat.
P.s. If you are instantly getting stomped before even getting a single kill in return first, you're using it at the wrong time and have no-one to blame but yourself.
I'm currently levelling my hunter because I enjoy that arcblade is a strong super. But not unstoppable.

Arcblade is strong (stop trying to deny it). Not OP (stop trying to convince everyone).
Getting sick and tired of all the redundant whining in this forum. I actually come here to surf through the shit to find something interesting. So far I've had about as much luck with that as finding exotics from engrams....

I have two problems with both the fist of havoc and arc blade. The damage reduction you get during them both is ungodly. Warlock nova bombs make the Warlock completely vulnerable, has a slow animation and has no damage reduction. Second, for fist of havoc, that animation needs to be slower. For arc blade, the duration needs to be reduced, or there should be a longer cooldown between melee strikes. Also, being able to jump off the edge of the map, kill someone falling off, then arc blade back onto the map shouldn't be able to happen. All that being said, I think that Destiny has one of the most fun competitive multiplayer experiences I've played on a very long time.

I think there is actually a damage reduction on warlock. I agree that strike needs a slightly slower animation and the melee time on arc blade could do with a slow down. What I find strange is that golden gun has absolutely nothing in the way of damage reduction.

Well arc blade does have a startup animation, so that's a balancing factor. Also people should consider that it's only so good because of the perks, encore and hungering blade. Those perks could've been better Passives. And the grenades are pretty bad too.

Not butthurt. Just tired of people who aren't hunters thinking we have it so easy and that Arcblade is unstoppable.
