I wouldn't as it's really hard with a 1 team who a doesn't communicate and 2 there are waaaaaaay too many people who don't understand the added difficulties/skulls or the reasoning of shielded enemies resist their shots

I can understand that randomly grouping people can be difficult but keeping it the way it is now keeps people (like me) from being able to gain the benefit from them. In the end it may not even matter as far as gainging gear and levels go but right now I am unable to partake in content because I do not have enough people to play said content.

Thus why they need to fix with proximity chat as you'll will find more players and better communications and adding more friends and more people with mics to be more prevalent but for now I recommend joining a clan or posting on forums sometimes I'll wave at someone twice to get their attention and add them on the friends list
