Bungie, are you there ?

It is now two weeks that the game was released. From the beginning, a lot of players can not access the game servers or see their gaming experience ruined by errors of all kinds. Since 09/21/2014, the "cattle" error has appeared for some players. However, many people may normally play Destiny. For others, they had to rely on the solutions presented on the website of Bungie, involving MAINLY ISPs. Now these lame solutions have very rarely worked. With the return of all players affected, it is clear that the problem lies with Bungie servers. So far Bungie has never communicated with these players. At present, we don't even know if Bungie is aware that these problems do exist and prevents some of the players to play. [b]Bungie, problems can occur. But it is not right to ignore calls from the community. It's a lack of respect for us, the players who have placed our trust in you and your game.[/b]

  • We are aware there are some players that are not having a quality experience getting or staying connected to Destiny, even after following the troubleshooting steps.     • WOW! You actually get a message with error codes??? I don't even get the pleasure of seeing anything past the log in screen! I get 105mbps internet service, direct connected with Ethernet, and I did countless network troubleshooting. It seems like things have got worse in the past 24hrs

    • We are aware of a number of issues preventing players from playing Destiny, or staying connected to Destiny. We are actively investigating solutions for anybody still hitting these roadblocks. Today's update should help some players, but we will continue to investigate why some players aren't having a good experience. That said, troubleshooting on your end can go a long way as well. bungie.net/NETWORKING is a great place to start for anybody hitting problems.

        • BUNGIE, we are tired of your excuses. You invested 500+ million dollars into a game we invested because we believed in your service to the customer and delivering a great game... Why can't we play? Where's your customer service? This issue is on your end. You got your money and way more back, please use it to fix your game and allow the thousands of us who can't play, finally able to enjoy your game. Just don't sweep this issue under the rug, because you will piss off the wrong people and you will lose it all :(

            • And yet i have never had a problem. I'm in the uk : Liverpool have 5mb down and 1mb up. Regularly suffer packet loss of varying degrees. I play during and off peak times and yet, even though gerbils in a wheel power my router i have never once been dropped from any mode of game play in destiny. ...weird eh. Keep up the good work bungie xxx

              • I totally agree that this is a Bungie issue and they need to get there stuff together ASAP. To have this many network errors after 2 weeks of release is ridiculous when we spend so much time and money invested in their game. I have a 60mb download and 6mb upload connection with 0% packet loss when testing my connection and have an Open NAT type. The only issue seems to be Bungie's lack of support on an obvious networking issue on THEIR end. It's getting to the point of making this game unplayable and I'm about to take it back for a refund. You have failed your customers badly, Bungie!

              • I've done every bloody thing Bungie recommends, including port forwarding...I still get disconnected. I'm a patient person as long as Bungie knows that it's not fully fixed. I get a combo of errors from "fly" to "centipede". I'm hoping for an update at least before mid-October.

              • I feel the same way, disappointed and heart broken that the game i waited in line for at the midnight release and got the most expensive edition is only playable for ten teasing minutes. I figure getting the best version and getting it early would be a nice head start sadly its been two weeks and i got farther in the beta than the actual game. But boy that was one nice beta bungie i wish i could say the same as your game.

              • I am unable to play in The Crucible. The screen continuously "evaluates Guardians" never getting passed one. I can play COD just fine, as well as Netflix so I'm confident the problem is on Bungie's end.

                • Ever since this small update, I can't play, keep getting wasp and turtle errors on the updater. I'm reinstalling the game as I write. Tell me this bungie, if the game still dosen't work after this second install what then, how are you going to help me with this?? Dropped 100 euro into your bank account to play this, and i can't

                • I was online playing when my power went out, havent been able to play it since. Damn cattle errors all the time now. What a waste of money. Bungie needs to fix this!!

                • Still cant play the freaking game. I have done all that has been suggested. The CS service sucks, as there is no service, no help, nothing. In a perpetual online world Bungie really needs to come up with better customer service. I have given up on this piece of crap that is supposed to be a game. Since I can't play it is not really a game but crap... Crap that I spent to much money on.

                  • Though it would be nice for them to be able to pop into every thread, I do see the webteam around in threads. Some do not have Bungie nameplates, nor many followers, so they don't stand out. When they have said in the past that they are working on network errors, you can certainly believe they are. Supposedly Destiny's servers are using newer tech, such as mesh-based networking, and I can imagine this is one of the reasons why we are having such a rocky experience.
