While you get a lot of blue and green, I've yet to see a Legendary engram drop here. Probably because the enemies are level 6-8.

I've gotten 2 legendaries. Just shows how random it is. Of coarse they didn't decrypted into legendaries but oh well.

Yeah... and that is the big problem. First you have to get a good engram... first roll of the RNG... THEN you have to decrypt it... a second roll of the RNG. It's like a lottery ticket you have to win twice on to get a good prize.
