I also understand the reasoning behind it, of course it's going to be better to get a group of friends together, but it's like I saw someone else saying elsewhere, they've taken away the [i]choice[/i]. If matchmaking was implemented, there's no reason you can't still get a group of friends together, we just shouldn't be forced to do that, or have to ask random players in the Tower. Related point that's been said before, perhaps there should be some kind of looking-for-group billboard you can post to to put a fireteam together. Finally, and this might just be me, but I'd like to see optional matchmaking for story missions. This isn't a difficulty thing, I've solo'd all of them, it's just that I much prefer to play with people than alone, and as has been said, my friends aren't always online, and I don't want to hassle strangers in the Tower.
