Tournament Tickets and The Trials of Osiris

So apparently there is a hidden crucible playlist called The Trials of Osiris. It can only be unlocked through a variety of ways. From what I've gathered it can be opened by buying A Coin of Osiris which costs one Mote of Light, you can get it via Invitation, or you can get tournament tickets. You also need to be level 20 to access it. Has anyone here played this playlist? Is it a hoax? Can anyone verify my information? I love the idea of the hidden playlist and want to know more. Please up vote for answers! Thanks. -Zed Marksman.

I'd like to know this, too. In my grimoire, I have a bonus for Control mode that enables extra drops and states that Tournament Tickets will now drop more frequently. From my grimoire:
Cloaks, marks, and bonds can now drop in this Playlist. Tournament Tickets also become more common.
. That's great, but I haven't seen any other mention of it elsewhere, nor have I actually seen the tickets drop. Yeah, I get that it's RNG; I'm not complaining about a lack of drops, but it seems nobody else has received these tickets, either. What gives? Unless it hasn't been implemented yet, which adds credence to the theory that Grimoire was a necessary, but last minute, tack-on and mentions things not yet available or even scrapped all together.
