While everyone is bitching about farming that cave, I'm sitting in the tower looking at that beautiful city below.
Open that -blam!-er up, Bungie!
Let us race sparrows through the streets or go to bars and play space poker!
Let us go gamble our glimmer away at casinos and spend the winnings at "Rare Item" shops!
Let us buy apartments and deck them out with overpriced furniture from the four corners of the Galaxy!!!
Food for thought....
Just wanted to thank everyone for your awesome feedback. This community is -blam!-ing wonderful. If anyone wants to run sometime on Xbox one, my GT is Qdoggclay. Keep kickin ass, my fellow guardians.

They should make the city like a huge patrol mision ( without enemies), with alot of interactive stuff: Maybe like a black market where u have too exchange X amount of motes of light; glimmer; spinmetal and maybe engrams for legendary/exotic gears.

I want to fight in the city
-
Galaxy's have corners? That don't seem right according to astrology

Let's be realistic, I doubt Bungie would consider a gambling mechanic, apartments, or sparrow racing through city streets. However, seeing as to how this game is medieval turned futuristic, I wouldn't scrap the whole bar idea. I mean, it wouldn't be called a bar. Rather, it would be referred to as a brothel or inn to keep the medieval vibe intact. You receive consumables from enemies, why not sell them? Beer anyone? Perhaps some fictional drink? Although, we wouldn't want to make it rated M... *cough*cough* Should've been M. *cough*... Could've had blood. *cough*cough* If they choose to add the city, I would love to see carts being dragged by mules, rugged citizens clad in rags and covered in dirt, traders and vendors shouting and bartering... *sigh* The concept is truly inspiring. Nevertheless, Bungie would need to do quite a bit of work to truly bring the city to life. "Open that -blam!-er up, Bungie!"

I really do wish...nevertheless, bump!

I really do hope we get to explore the city

I really love these suggestions.

Thank you for not being an idiot. I like you.

But but but! Before this great idea At least fix the social system first. As in public chats~~~~~~~ text or proximity voice. Even when i'm surrounded by so many guardians i feel so lonely.

I'm gonna go out of my way to say that these are some outstanding ideas. I think there should be a city where it's similar to the tower, but its a lot more bigger. The "casino" idea is really cool. Getting to gamble your glimmer to get better items or guns is something I feel will increase sales and interest in the game. However, the apartment idea is kind of a "u-turn" for me. Think about this, if Bungie released an update so people could get their own apartment SO MANY people would complain and cry out to Bungie saying stuff like, "Bungie ripped off Rockstar's idea from GTA V." Every idea besides the idea of owning your own apartment seems amazing. Good job!

I like the idea of sparrow racing through the streets, I've got good at speeding round on those things and some nice 90*turns would be awesome
Let us race sparrows through the streets
Sparrow racing! Or, hell, Pikes! Now that would be a fun crucible game type.

They should just have a special event. Like an annual festival celebrating the arrival of the traveler and the work of the guardians. Have vendors that sell special shaders and special cloaks and Titan marks and such. You could have little carnival games in the forme of mini games. Make it a week or two long where you can explore a extravagantly decorated central square directly under the traveler. Just a little taste of civilian life once a year.
