Either not working or needs a SERIOUS buff hunter in arc blade can tank so much dmg, titan has his shield that also gives allies overshields Warlock right now is the struggle in PvP especially Sunsinger Radiant Skin should make the sunsinger tanky but it barely does anything if at all Also PLEASE put % of dmg it reduces in the ability just saying it reduces dmg does nothing for all we know it reduces 1% dmg, ppl like to know these things so they know if its worthwhile for their playstyle or not But overall it needs a big buff its extremely weak
