Well look at it this way, they're just introducing us to their world(s), it's gonna b 3 games long each w dlc and each game will have events like an mmo, they don't want to gives every thing all at once

You don't know the motives behind any of the factions nor do any of the aliens have any personality or qualities that would have the player invest themselves in the conflict. This games going to die in mere months if this is how they treat the players intelligence.
