As far as them being given out or on what weapon you receive?
As far as I know, you just do a bunch of bounties, turn them in and you might get one. That's how I got mine at least.

Yeah i did that too, a lot of bounties turned in. But i wanna know if there is something to do or simply complete bounties. I take the shotgun btw, very very cool weapon, but i'm looking for an assault rifle as well

I'm pretty sure it's just by complete random. As far as I know though, there is no exotic bounty that rewards an auto rifle though. I'm jealous, I'll be finishing mine too and I'm gonna end up with the fusion rifle :/

Took the shotgun quest. Wish I had the fusion rifle instead. They destroy in the crusible.
