Still need to get myself up to level 26. Been stuck on 21 for ages now. Still no legendary drops.

Buy items from the Crucible Dealer and Vanguard dealer. That's how I got to 26.

That's the only way I managed to get above 23 (now sitting at 25). I've had pretty crappy Cryptarch success (0/10+).

You can make it! Just keep at those strikes for rare/legendary drops with light on them.
