Lag, cheats, the game is not balanced properly. Too many exploits to be abused etc etc. Its tiring and with the amount of players defending the brokenness of this game is appalling and shames me to call myself a gamer. WHEN, did we all become cheating douchebags who derives fun from screwing the other guy over in his experience? There should be some things that should not be in PvP do the nature of the Super or be nerfed to balance it out. So far, I've noticed one that seems to strike the ire of everyone and its Blade Dancer, which people will defend vehemently because it scores them wins. The Fist of Havoc's blast radius is ridiculous and can literally clear about 25ft worth of space and most PvP maps tend to be cramped in a lot of areas. the other Supers I don't really see. I might have seen the Titan Defender Class maybe once. And every now and then a Sun Singer. THAT is why PvP sucks. The classes are not balanced with their own Supers. One trumps the other and some are useless. Unbalanced. Couple that with laggy players and more than probably cheats, If I could record the shit I see it would blow your mind. Ever seen a guy wipe a whole team of six by himself whilst being lit up? And not taking any form of damage? If you did, you probably got just as pissed as I did.

Have you played Halo?

Campaigns, 2-4, Reach and ODST. And just like this, the PvP was shit. Not as off putting, but not for me. The difference with this is that Halo's PvP was its own and not for everyone. I can somewhat say the same about Destiny but Halo had other things you could do. IE, Coop Campaign and Firefight in the later games. Whereas in here, in Destiny it pretty much coerces you into PvP to get more of what isn't there due to the fact PvP is broken. Halo wasn't, the only problems I ran into with Halo was boredom, repetition, Lag and the occasional douchebag cheater. I've heard worse on Halo, but I'm giving my personal accounts on what I've seen of it.

Nope. PvP is absolute garbage. Actually, its Garbage water, the refuse of refuse. Its utter shit, the game isn't balanced and when you throw in Supers and every player having a jetpack, it destroys any sense of the PvP even being remotely fun. Couple that with the laggy ass -blam!- players that permiate PvP. Garbage.

Look, the instant you complained about supers and double jumps and jet packs I thought "this guy is shit at this game" and I'll tell you why. One: have you ever played CoD? Explain killstreaks. Even worse than supers, and besides supers need to be used strategically to make a difference. I've seen plenty of people waste them or get killed as consequences of using them. They are balanced and have counters. Two: in halo matchmaking jumping was a huge part of strategy. The fact that you can effectively juke out an opponent is part of the game, and it adds a third dimension to dog fights. Three: this pvp was not built with esports in mind. It isn't the garbage you say it is, but it's built to be fun and reward good skill. Just because you suck at it doesn't mean it's bad, it means you want to play CS:GO for PvP and/or don't understand the game mechanics and/or play to much CoD.

Notice, I've never compared Destiny PvP to CoD this whole time. The game's PvP is stupid. Its not fun, its broken. If you find fun in a broken game and pissing people off.
