You will want to decide based on your play style. If you notice the gear, it each has two stats. Pick a faction with stats that decrease the cooldowns of your favorite abilities. Once I get Vanguard level 2 I will be working on New Monarchy rep.

I'm assuming that the New Monarchy has the greatest intellect value, for Super Charge specific?

Yup, Int+Str = More Supers and more melee. For my class I find those to be the most powerful.

I agree, I thought about falling in with the FWC, but that's just because their colors were indigo/purple.😂
