That's about it, although I'd like to point out that you can buy armor from the vanguard at rank 2 and weapons at rank 3

Well, I'm playing as a Titan (if that makes any difference... and purchase of armor not allowed until reputation "rank 3" ) trust me i look at freaking constantly!! Does it change after initial purchase?

I'm also a Titan, and it IS rank 2 for armor, rank 3 for weaps..go buy some armor!
