Xur agent of the nine only appears on the weekends (Friday-Sunday) with exotic stuff. He is located next to the crucible vendor...hopefully this weekend will find out if he has new supplies, I would hope so. Not everyone has enough strange coins or mote of light so coming in on the weekends gives us a chance to stock up on coins. Plus remember you can only equip one piece of exotic armor and one exotic weapon so being a very limited black market vendor really forces the player to choose and choose wisely 9n what purchase you want to make..just my thought

I have no idea. My recommendation if you have the desire and time to do so, is to get information by finding / reading all those collectible cards and spend some time on Destiny wiki and Google... I like the game but I feel totally lost in the lore as there is little to no information in game... Like the game, but I don't speak Destiny, I'm sure the experts will answer you. Wish there was a sticky with the basics in here somewhere. Maybe some kind soul will put it together for us who can barely find time to play the game itself. :)
