Don't you get it guys, Bungie doesn't care about us and our issues. They just took our money and left us to rot. Which that is super BS and unprofessional, that's why I reported this BS to the Better Business Bureau.

From what I am hearing this has been fixed on xbox one and they are allowed to download their content even though they originally purchased a limited/ghost edition on 360

Yes I know, that's what I've heard too but so far PlayStation users are still left out in the dust! :(

What's that? And what will that do for us? Isn't there like a contact number for bungie? I can't find it if there is

Edited by XxCL0UDxX1990: 9/17/2014 5:15:59 PMWell it's an organization that helps consumers with a company when that company refuses to do what they're supposed to do. In our case Bungie refusing to acknowledge us and offering support. Anyway, hopefully they'll force Bungie to help us otherwise I believe the BBB can then take Bungie to court if Bungie doesn't offer us game support. Also that's the other problem, Bungie has no way of contacting them at all.

Bungie has no way of contacting us or BBB? Do you think this would actually make a difference?
-
No see Bungie does have a way of being contacted, it's just not public info. But a place like BBB has access to that information and hey it may help, it may not, but it's better than just sitting here twiddling our thumbs and hoping that Bungie helps us out with this problem.
