There is no "best" farming spot it's all RNG based so you could easily (like I just did) do it for 45mins- 1 hour and not get any Legendaries and shit blues.

I did this for about 40 minutes at lvl 21 last night, mission was level 18 I think. I got 3 blues after 500 kills.

Best farming would be where you can kill the most enemies in the shortest amount of time, then, I would assume...

You'd think so but since it's all number based you could be doing it for 30 minutes or you could be doing it for three hours. It's all random. And even then your purples have a chance to be blues and your blues to be greens.

Or your purples green. Happens quite a bit. I hate purples myself. Rare's give me better stuff.

It's like the difference between buying 5 lottery tickets and buying 35 lottery tickets. If you keep farming a single mob of 5, your chances of getting something you want are MUCH lower than the guy who is killing 35 enemies every 30-40 seconds.

yeah but more chances to get drops = more drops. maybe not on a single event but the best farming spot is the most kills the fastest. doesn't matter what drop rate is.
