Centipede everyday since release. Live at home not a campus or university and Bungie's answer to the centipede problem is its my fault for having the most commonly used nat type which is nat type 2. No Bungie its your fault for having idiots setup, run , and fix your servers. Hire smarter people and fire the idiots working for you right now. The only thing i can say about this b.s. is at least it isnt as bad as when gta online was released when you couldnt even get on the game but this centipede problem needs to be fixed asap.

  • My internet is perfectly fine. No problem with any game ever but this one besides gta online when it was released which nobody could get on anyway because of R* servers. again this is clearly on bungie's end and needs to be fixed.

  • You're dumb learn what your network is doing.. You are experiencing packet loss because your internet connection can't handle the load.. You are comparing two relatively new games to every other game and you can't do that. Older games in no way require the throughput that destiny needs.. Once again it's your ISP! Why is bungie suppose to fix your crap internet connection from suffering data packet loss? That is a provider issue not game developer..

  • So to tell someone the truth of the issue, is trolling? There's been plenty of posts explaining the issue.. People choose to disregard and blame bungie when it's their ISP's problem. How old is wow like ten years? How many systems was wow on? And how many for destiny? The engines are no where near the same. Massive yes but definitely no where close. If you are experiencing packet data loss, that comes from your side, either your downstream or upstream is having issues.. Could be from using over populated networks, where you will really notice at certain times of the day. Could be your Ethernet cord not being able to transfer a legitimate speed. Conflicting devices in your house, that run on the same frequency. Honestly there is a list of issues that can occur.. What standard are you on? What cabling are you using and is the physical and logical topology set up correctly? What router? What's your actual throughput from the ISP, not just what they tell you. Is your area known for surges or spikes or even dips? What is your nic card capability? How far are you from your internet provider? That's all basic stuff before even going into your settings ie gateways, ports, rerouting and all that. But even then if you are on a crowded standard these issues can occur.. More than likely you are having IEEE standard issues, bungie can't do anything about that. You're bringing the problem to the wrong company, TCP/IP issues belong to our internet service providers. That's who you need to contact, you pay money for the service. They can send out techs with the equipment to test it, if you want you can monitor your network so you can see when it occurs. Pretty much all these games are having similar issues, I couldn't get out the 7th inning in mlb, couldn't finish a map on this. I was on a crowded network vulnerable to interference, switched to a higher standard with less interference and never had the issue again. Bungie has more important things to do like the advancement of this revolutionary game. No company in history has had the capability of creating this, haha and we're suppose to bash them and expect them to fix our internet connection from our internet service provider? Is that a misunderstanding because I don't get that? Do with it what you want call me a troll, but you're just going to confirm the consensus of the general pop. I'll stay in my lane now and go play this awesome game, on the ps4, like it was always meant for. :)

Now see this is helpful. Knew some of it but not all. Starting your post with " Your're dumb " is trolling.

  • Out of curiosity are you hardwired or over wifi? My NAT type is strict which is a big no no but ever since I went hardwired I've had no issues.
