Not a happy camper... Ended being a crappy rare armor, worse than the one I have on now. No good.

Aw, man! I feel your pain. Seems all my rare engrams decode down to uncommon (and are worse than the rare gear I have) so expecting that it'll be the same story when I get a legendary.
