Disconnecting constantly

Hi all, I am just curious as to whether anyone else has noticed that they are being continually disconnected. I played the game for a few hours and was disconnected seven times. It has really spoiled the experience, especially as I had just purchased the game today. I really did expect better for the price I paid. Anyway, if anybody has any fix suggestions that'd be much appreciated. P.S. I have done the update. Thanks. Adam.

  • Yes this is happening to me as well. Though at a more frequent level. i get about 1-10 minutes of gameplay, more recently 1-5min before being kicked. as for things to try. 1. open your NAT (if its not already on open) 2. port files. you have to go on your router an manually put in the files destiny says u need. You know cause bungie couldn't set up the game correctly to play online like every other game has..... (i dont have the link on hand but if you type in the error code you get it will take you to a place to do such things) 3. hard reset of router and Xbox1. 4. clearing cache, uninstalling game, and uninstalling profile then getting it all back. (haven't tried this one yet.) thats what i have heard and tried so far. so far I'm 0 for 3 good luck to you about this. If you do figure this out please let me know. my post has been ignored so far and I just want to let you know you're not alone. =D
