How does that work, is it just going to the bounty guy and he'll randomly have exotic bounties available?

All I'm asking for is a working way to get one of these other than just waiting to get lucky. As a pretty unlucky person it kind of seems like a long, uneventful wait for something that could happen at any time. More farming for me i guess.

From what I've read, it's not a straight up 10k kills but more like 10k points from kills? I don't know I haven't made it to that part yet.

I'm not really sure how it worked, I think you just need to get an average K/D kill count? unless I'm thinking of the wrong part, I know mine had to do with K/D

Not sure what prompted me to receive it, but I was turning in four crucible bounties and during that process I got a pop up saying I had an exotic weapon bounty. I then had a choice of three to choose from. The bounty I chose was "complete a weekly heroic or nightfall strike". I thought ok wow I just need to do that and I'll have an exotic weapon? Haha no I completed that turned it and and was told to go talk to the warlock vanguard who proceeded to give me another bounty. This one much more difficult and time consuming: complete 25 strikes. And I've read that there are more tasks to complete after that one before I will finally have my exotic weapon So basically an exotic weapon bounty is a bounty that will take a lot of hard work and time to obtain the ultimate prize

Sweet! That's cool as hell thanks for sharing! I hadn't heard of that, but it's really exciting to hear there are more challenging/longterm bounties like that.

Hell....lol Just completed mine this morning and it was challenging...but oh so rewarding
