I can see it now. Level 20s fighting in PvE environments against level fours with the added benefit of thier gear. Yeah-no.

If I am level 4 and want to fight level 20s that's my choice right? I don't understand your issue with this, it's all choice... "Hey look at me I'm on the internet, let's me say some negative ish about something I obviously don't have a clear understanding of because, hey it's the internet, who cares, hate, hate, hate".

If there's no method to restrict the level benefit between participants, we won't have lower levels participating. Best just leave the PvP to tower and Iron Banner. Being in a low-level zone just to get one-shot by a level 23-26 isn't cool, no matter the scenario.

I love the idea of a mode that mixes PVE and PVP that doesn't force PVP on anyone am I the only one????

Not the only one, and consider the fact that Public Events already exist with cooperative elements, why not some Public Events with competitive elements (granted you could argue Public Events are already a bit competitive). I also sense Crucible is a competitive Public Event per say but the more optional competitive components the better
