Music during gameplay
For you, music (the game music) during gameplay:

for me kills the immersion... i ALWAYS turn music off in every game... imagine, i am in a dungeon, going slowly and wondering what monster lies in the next turn, i hold my breath, point my gun to the darkness, and then... a eletronic music starts to play... oh shit... back to reality...

Bungie's music score is one of the few I don't mind. But sometimes I would like to be able to mute it for a break. Especially at night when my wife and kid are sleeping. I have to keep my overall game volume lower than other games because of the loud music. Some audio sliders would be a great option.

4 RepliesI find it annoying and repetitive. I am glad some people like it, but I usually prefer to just hear the ambient environment with game music turned way low (just barely audible) in games.

if you mean the game's original score, i love it - especially when it shifts from orchestral/minimal when exploring to pseudo-electronic "Juno Reactor" beats when a horde rushes at you - it amps shit up a bit more :)

I hope you don't mean 3rd party music. I think Destiny's soundtrack is the shit!
