It will be available tomorrow, when the game launches (officially anyway, Sep 9th). Apparently the only thing we're forced to miss out on is the preorder emblem. Which, honestly, from what I've seen most people are going to have more emblems than they know what to do with anyway so it's really not a huge loss compared to the gain of getting a free upgrade.
I'm usually not a digital download first and only kind of guy but this is just too fair of a deal. I'll probably buy physical copies later on the cheap because I like to have them.

That is a great news! Because I really like combo and I had one pretty neat that I will share with you: I will buy a digital copy of Destiny on xbox 360 (get a digital copy free for xb1) and buy a xb1 (get a free game of my choice, probably watchdogs or DiabloIII) So I pay for 1 game and get ''3''. I still have alot of friends on xb360 so depending who is online I can flip to the old or new machine ^^ How you feel about it? Am I missing something or am I actually getting a deal?

You aren't missing anything, it's a good deal. Matter of fact I read a few threads where some other people were doing similar.
