Does your job count as a workout? I ride a bike to and from work everyday, and my actual job is lifting boxes of varying sizes and weights, all day long.

As much as I miss my job like that I don't; though weighing 168 compared to the 214 I am now was nice.

For physical jobs like that, the only thing you need to be conscious of is your diet
