Hey, I've set up a similar clan. Most of us are 30+ with the exception of my younger brother and his friend (they're both 25). How about we set up an Alliance? I'm not too sure how they work, but it looks like it pools group/clan members. We're UK based, so that might effect whether or not this is worth considering.
