Idk about your first question but for your second, if you go to halo.bungie.net then go to bungie profile, you should see which games you've participated in. The 6 are halo CE, 2, 3, 3 ODST, reach, and Destiny.

Oh, ok. Looks like I won't be getting Inner Chamber then. I only really care about Song of Spheres though, so no big deal.

They cannot track Halo: CE since it had no live support. Halo 2, 3, ODST, Reach, Marathon (arcade title), and Destiny.
