I did it. I finally did it. For weeks, hell, months I've been wanting to cancel my preorder to Destiny but I have always either forgotten or was just too lazy. And now it is done and I don't think I have ever felt happier. As a treat I wanted to show you guys my conversation with my GameStop clerk. I will be in bold and she will be in regular text. Cheers mates!

>Hi, I'd like to cancel a preorder. (Swipes card)
>Wait, you want to cancel your preorder of Destiny?
>Yes
>Are you really sure? Destiny's going to be big.
>Yep
>Ok then. Oh your PowerUp card has been expired for a while. Would you like to renew it?
>No, I don't care.
>Would you like to preorder anything else?
>(Are you serious?) No thanks I'm good.

She was probably caught off guard since not many people have been cancelling those pre orders is all. In relations to the (are you serious?) Part, Gamestop employees are trained to force the pre order. Force it down people's throat. They will mention it in every transaction. I could be buying a game boy game for 2 bucks and they'd ask if I want to pre order something else.
