What about a PVE bounty list. You get a bounty and it tells you what planet it is on, but not the exact location. when you and your clan get to the planet you have to search for him. he might have a special icon so you know you have found him. He could be a boss level enemy that cant be killed unless you have the bounty. Kind of like a mix of guild wars 2 and Diablo 3
