I don't know number two. But number 1...you can play at 2:01 it releases 12 at PCZ. sorry. I know it sucks. I'm in CTZ.

Yeah, I thought that was how its going to roll. Was just hoping I was mistaken, I'll prob just stick to my current preorder Midnight Release. Figure I'll be in game by 1-1:30am, pending update sizes.
